All booking details will be confirmed prior to appointment.
It is client/vendor responsibility to ensure the premises is ready for photography, if cancelled onsite due to the property not being ready, a cancellation fee may apply.
Where properties are more that 50km from the Brisbane CBD a travel fee of $0.88 per km.
Wet Weather - if due to rain the booking can’t proceed, part of the job may be completed then return at a later date to complete the job at no further cost.
Turnaround - images will be provided within 24 hrs, or in the case where a proof sheet is required, 24 hrs from the reply to proof sheet. Virtual Furniture, 3 days. Same day turnaround is available on photography, please advise at time of booking if this is possible.
Cancellation fee applies as follows. Fee may be waived depending on conditions. (No cancellation fee applies due to raining/inclement weather)
DUSK SHOOTS -
within 24 HRS of appointment time; $60.
DAY SHOOTS -
within 2 HRS of appointment time; $60.
Any extra charges will be advised prior to carrying out the service.
The client agrees to inspect all products and advise within 5 working days of any error or defect.
We retains ownership of materials until full payment is made.
Nothing in this agreement limits any right or remedy you may have under applicable legislation, which may include the Trade Practices Act 1974 and similar state or territory legislation which contains provisions to protected the purchase of goods and services in certain circumstances.
Whilst we take all reasonable steps to deliver your order within the agree timeframe our liability for any loss or damage incurred by you as a result of your order not being fulfilled shall be limited to the cost of the specific individual product or services.
All fees are inclusive of GST.
All accounts are 14 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
Rental pricing applies only to mostly vacant rental properties where time onsite is reduced, due to not moving items, etc.
We retain ownership of all intellectual property and other rights in any materials or photographs / video produced or created by us during the provision of the Services. We grant you irrevocable, royalty free license to use those materials in all media throughout the world for promotional purposes only.
